The mail order department temporarily reduces operating hours and takes a different shipping process from usual to prevent COVID-19 infection.
☆ For domestic customers,
We would appreciate it if you could allow a few extra days for us to ship out your order if you would like to specify the date of delivery.
* The date of delivery can be specified only for the domestic delivery in Japan.
☆ For overseas customers,
As transportation performance has declined drastically due to immigration restrictions on visitors between some countries/areas and Japan and restrictions on flights from/to that country, among other reasons, the acceptance of EMS items by Japan Post is temporarily suspended and the considerable delays are expected.

If Japan Post temporarily suspend the acceptance of EMS to the country of your shipping address, we will ship your order by DHL. For details, please refer the following link:
* The orders that Japan Post accept the shipment by EMS will be shipped by EMS only.
* You cannot specify the shipping option.
If your package is returned to us because of the additional temporary suspension of EMS, we will ship by DHL as soon as we receive it. If the package cannot be shipped by DHL, we hold it for shipment and will re-ship it when Japan Post announces that the situation of EMS delivery returns to normal.
About shipment & inquiry
Please allow us more time to ship out an order and respond an inquiry than usual because it will take longer due to the reduction of operating days of the mail order department. If you receive no response from us within a week, please contact us.
