♦ Exchange and Return Policy

You can exchange a product if it is in new and unworn condition, and if it has a manufacturing defect.
Make sure to return the item within 3 weeks from the date of purchase.
(You have to ship out the item within the time limit.)

* There is a policy of no refund and no exchange after 3 weeks.

We will not accept any return except the received product is damaged.
We accept an exchange if you are not satisfied with the size of an item.
We also have a policy of no refunds or exchanges for discounted and special set products.

Please check your package to make sure everything is correct upon receiving it.
 

♦ How to Return the Item

Please follow these steps when you send something back:

1. Please send me an e-mail to let me know what's the problem with the product
english-inquire@metamorphose.gr.jp before you send.

2. Send the product to the following address with a note telling us if you want a refund or exchange:

* Postage is paid by customers except the received product is damaged.

* Please enclose the invoice sent from us.
