Online Order

Please register as a Metamorphose Online Shop member. You can register your shipping address, etc. and view your order history at "Mypage". Registration is free.
New Registration
* You can shop online anytime 24 hours a day.
* You immediately receive an automatic order confirmation email when you complete the order.
* Please set up your incoming mail to receive the domain "".
* There is a policy of no cancellation. Please check your order before placing it.

The stock of the online shop is shared with our brick-and-mortar stores.
Please note there is a possibility that the item your ordered cannot be secured depending on the timing.
For customers who place an order via a cell-phone or a smartphone
The error the color is not chosen sometimes occurs. In that case, please put the color you want in the message column when you place an order.

* Please note that you may not be able to place an order depending on the model of cell-phone/smartphone.

Waiting List (Inquiry for Out of Stock Item)

Even when the item that is out of stock at online shop, it might be in stock at brick-and-mortar stores.
Please ask us about the sold out items by e-mail (Contact) with the contents below. The e-mail title should be "ordering sold out item (your name)".

When the items you want is out of stock at all stores, you can put your name on the waiting list. We will notify you when the item is secured for you.
* There's no guarantee that it would be kept for you.
* You'll receive the email only when it's ready for you.
* The items you want might not be secured all at once when you inquire about more than one item.

Order Processing Flow

STEP1: Automatic order confirmation email

After you place an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email with a title "<your name>, Thank you for shopping at Metamorphose! - #(order number)". Please check the details carefully and keep the email until you receive the product(s) you ordered.
If you don't receive the order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. (Please also check if the email from us is in the spam folder.) The order can be identified by an email address you filled in when ordering, so please let us know the email address of your order.

STEP2: Contact from us when there is something need to be changed or confirmed (as needed)

In case that the ordered item is out of stock or there is some other reason, we will contact you by email. In the usual case, an order will be processed without notice after you receive an automatic order confirmation email.
* Regarding the pre-order items, we contact you when the products arrive at our office.

STEP3: Notification of shipment

We will notify you a tracking number of your parcel when your order is ready for shipment or shipped out. Please track your parcel until you receive it.

* After we confirm that your parcel has been delivered, the Metamorphose points will be added to your account. We check delivery status every one or two weeks.
