Inquiry for Out of Stock Item
Even when the item that is out of stock at online shop, it might be in stock at brick-and-mortar stores.
Please ask us about the sold out items via the contact form (about purchase).
* When making an inquiry, please provide the full name that will be used for your order.

Waitlist (For Pre-Order Items Only)
When the pre-order item you want is out of stock at all stores, you can put your name on the waitlist. We will notify you when the item is secured for you.
* There's no guarantee that it would be kept for you.
* You'll receive the email only when it's ready for you.
* The items you want might not be secured all at once when you inquire about more than one item.
* Waitlist registration is not available for items that have already arrived. Even if an item is sold out when you contact us, it may restock later due to cancellations.
Order Processing Flow
STEP1: Automatic order confirmation email
If you don't receive the order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. (Please also check if the email from us is in the spam folder.) The order can be identified by an email address you filled in when ordering, so please let us know the email address of your order.
Please set your incoming mail to receive messages from our domain "metamorphose.gr.jp".
STEP2: Contact from us when there is something need to be changed or confirmed (as needed)
STEP3: Notification of shipment
* After we confirm that your parcel has been delivered, the Metamorphose points will be added to your account. We check delivery status every one or two weeks.
