Exchange and Return Policy

You can exchange a product if it is in new and unworn condition, and if it has a manufacturing defect.
Make sure to return the item within the period below.
(You have to ship out the item within the time limit.)

* There is a policy of no refund and no exchange after the period below.
* Regarding the pre-order items, they should be returned within 2 weeks from the date of shipment.

Domestic: within a week from the receipt of goods
Overseas: within 3 weeks from the date of purchase


We will not accept any return except the received product has a defect.
We accept an exchange if you are not satisfied with the size of an item.**
We also have a policy of no refunds or exchanges for discounted and special set products.

Please check your package to make sure everything is correct upon receiving it.


** Important
When you use the international parcel forwarding service, we will not accept any return directly from overseas for any reason except if the product has a defect. You will have to ship the return product from somewhere in Japan.



How to Return the Item

Please follow these steps when you send something back:

1. Please send us an e-mail to let us know what's the problem with the product BEFORE you ship it back.

2. Send the product to the following address with a note telling us if you want a refund or exchange.

* Postage is paid by customers except the received product is damaged.
* Please ship the item back to us as a returned product.
 - Please mark "Return" on the shipping label.
 - Please enclose the original invoice sent from us.


About Return Shipping Method

You have to ship the item(s) back to us by EMS.
* From the USA, please ship it/them by "Priority Mail Express International".
* You can also ship it/them by DHL only when we shipped your package by DHL.

We will refuse to receive your return package if you ship it by a shipping method other than the above. Your request for the return/exchange will be canceled automatically.

In this case...
* All costs for the return (e.g. the shipping costs for shipping it back to us and for returning it to you after we refuse to receive it) are the customer's responsibility.
* If you have paid for the difference from the replacement item and the re-shipping cost for the exchange, they (the difference and the re-shipping cost) will be refunded.
