* If you would like us to ship your order within this year, please place an order by noon on December 27th (Fri)(JST). If you place an order at the official online shop and choose "English" as the dealing language, please place an order by 10:00 a.m. on December 26th (Thu) (JST).

Please note that your order may be shipped out on or after January 6th (Mon) for reasons such as the time of receipt of your payment, stock status etc. even if you place an order by the time stated above.
The order placed after the time above will be shipped out "by Dec. 30th" or "on or after Jan. 6th" in the order of the shipment ready.
* While "Closed" is listed on the above table, our office is closed and all the store operations (shipment, attending to inquiries, etc.) is stopped.
Please note that the inquiry that we received on the afternoon on a day before holiday might be responded after the holiday.
