Due to the summer holiday, our office (English Customer Support Team) will be closed from August 8th (Thu) to 19th (Mon), 2024.
A delay in international shipment or response to inquiries in English is expected. It may take up to two weeks from receiving.

《About Shipping》
・The Shipping Operation by the English Customer Support Team will be temporarily suspended during the period above. The shipping date might be a few days later after the shipping request from our team.
・The orders placed by 10:00 a.m. on August 7th will be shipped before the summer office closure. The orders placed after the time will be shipped on or after the shipping operation is resumed. (The order placed by 10:00 a.m. on August 7th might be shipped after the shipping operation is resumed when the ordered items were back-ordered.)
・The shipping notification email (the tracking number notice) might be sent later than usual. Please allow us a few business days to notice it.
・The ordered items will also be secured during the period above. We will contact you if there is a sold-out item in your order.
・The orders in English with the Japanese shipping address will be shipped by the domestic mail order department. All orders in Chinese will be shipped by the Chinese Customer Support Team. (The schedule of the office closure is different from the English Customer Support Team.)
*Regarding the tracking status of your order after shipping out, please contact your local post office/delivery company with the tracking number.
*The Metamorphose points for your order will be added to your account after we confirm manually that it has been delivered. It will be resumed after the summer office closure. (Membership registration is required to earn the points)

・If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please let us know the new address by email (english-inquire@metamorphose.gr.jp) with the subject below.

《About Inquiry Response》
・The inquiry response operation will be temporarily suspended during the period above.
・The inquiries about the following issues we received from August 7th to 19th will not be responded to. They will not be responded to after the inquiry operation is resumed. Please ask about them another date than this period.
・We will respond to inquiries except for the following issues after our operation resumes. The inquiries may be responded to out of order depending on the inquiry details. Please allow more time than usual to respond to inquiries.

- Waiting-list acceptance
- Size exchange
- Additional order, combine shipping
- Order cancellation, change (We have a no-cancellation policy except for a product defect)
- Specification of products, e.g. color, size, etc. (Please refer to each product page)
*Please note that there is a possibility that the item you want will be sold out during the office closure even if you inquired about it. The items will be restocked to our online shop if they are in stock at our physical stores without notification.
*The orders will be shipped as it is placed even if you inquire about cancellation or change during this period. Please note the shipping costs will be the customer's response when your order has to be returned or re-shipped.
