Japan Post announced that the strike by postal staff in Canada may cause delays in the delivery of all types of mail (EMS, Airmail and Surface mail) sent to Canada on November 20th.

We will ask if you want us to ship the order by DHL when the shipping address is in Canada.
*Please note that the import duty will be charged when the amount is over 20 CAD.
*Additional shipping costs may be charged when the DHL shipping costs are much higher than the EMS shipping.

If you want us to ship your order by DHL with the understanding of the notice above, please write "ship the order by DHL" in the note column when placing an order.

If you want us to ship your order by EMS, we will hold the dispatch of orders until Japan Post announces that Canada Post resumes the acceptance of mail.
