Japan Post announced that the strike by postal staff in Canada may cause delays in the delivery of all types of mail (EMS, Airmail and Surface mail) sent to Canada on November 20th.

We will ask if you want us to ship the order by DHL when the shipping address is in Canada.
*Please note that the import duty will be charged when the amount is over 20 CAD.
*Additional shipping costs may be charged when the DHL shipping costs are much higher than the EMS shipping.
If you want us to ship your order by DHL with the understanding of the notice above, please write "Ship my order by DHL. I understand about import duty" in the note column when placing an order.
If you want us to ship your order by EMS, we will hold the dispatch of orders until Japan Post announces that Canada Post resumes the acceptance of mail.
[updated on December 19th] Japan Post announced that "the designated postal operator of Canada has informed us that the strike by their postal staff ended on December 17, local time in Canada. Consequently, international mail dispatches from Japan to Canada were resumed today" on December 18th. As considerable delays are expected, we will continue to ask customers who placed an order with the shipping address in Canada about the shipping method. If you choose EMS, please understand the delay. Thank you.

Please make sure to track your parcel at your responsibility after it is dispatched. Please contact your local post office/delivery company regarding the parcel after arriving in your country when the tracking status has not been changed for a while.
