Thank you for taking the time to answer our survey about international shipments conducted early in this month.
On the results of the survey, we will expand the area where orders are shipped via DHL.


We will basically ship orders by DHL to the following countries and areas:

United States, Australia, Canada, Europe (except for the UK, Ireland and France)

* We will choose the shipping method (DHL or EMS) depending on the situation. (For example, when the following situation, your order will be shipped by EMS even if the destination country is one of the countries above. The order is large. The shipping address is a PO box or out of the DHL delivery area. Your first name and/or surname are initials. etc.)
* We will ship your order without advance notice of the shipping method.
* Orders will be shipped by EMS to the UK, Ireland and France based on survey results.
* Europe is countries and areas listed in the Europe table on the following page.

We will pay close attention to the delivery status for a while, and we may change the shipping back to EMS.

Basically, you cannot choose the shipping method. However, for a reason of any delivery trouble in your area, please let us know by writing a message in the notes column when ordering if you want us to ship your order by a specific shipping method (DHL or EMS).
* Please write the message for every order.
* We offer only DHL or EMS for international shipping methods.
* When you request the DHL shipment, we may ask you for additional costs if the estimated DHL shipping fee to your address is much higher than our shipping rate.
