We have an announcement for customers who have pre-ordered Gobelin Bouquet series.

 

Regarding the Gobelin Bouquet series, some items are expected to be available earlier than expected.
However, as other products will still be available around February as planned, and we have received a large number of reservations, we will proceed as follows:

 

◆Customers who pre-ordered at the store
We will contact customers around December when your pre-ordered items are ready.
If your pre-ordered items have arrived earlier than originally planned, and you would like to collect them in February - March as originally planned, please let us know when we contact you about the arrival of your items.

 

◆Customers who pre-ordered at Online Shop or Rakuten Online Shop
We will begin shipping orders in the order we are received, starting around December.
Some items will arrive earlier than expected, but please note that due to the holiday season and the large number of pre-orders, shipping time will be between December and February.
We will contact customers when your pre-ordered items are ready, so we appreciate your understanding.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to reply individual inquiries regarding expected shipping dates before we contact you about arrival, either in-store or online.
