* Orders placed by 10:00 am on Dec 19th (Fri) (JST) will be shipped before the New Year holidays (except for the order including a back-ordered item(s)).
The orders placed after the time above will be shipped as soon as they are ready. They might be shipped once the business resumes in 2026 depending on the situation. If you need to defer the shipping of your order after the holidays, even though it was placed in 2025, please write a message in the note column when ordering. You cannot specify the shipping date. Please note that the request sent separately from the order may not be responded to.
* Inquiries received by 10:00 a.m. on December 26th (JST) from an inquiry form on our website and by email to english-inquire@metamorphose.gr.jp will be responded to before the New Year holidays. Other inquiries (sent to other email addresses, submitted on social media, etc.) may not receive a response. Response to inquiries will resume on January 7th.
