We ship internationally via DHL or EMS, and choose either method depending on the destination country, order details, and other situations.

For orders to the United States, we normally ship via DHL. If the order exceeds the maximum size DHL packaging we can ship using, we used to ship via EMS without incurring any additional shipping charges. However, as EMS is currently suspended for orders to the United States, we are forced to ship larger packages via DHL in two or more boxes. In this case, we will charge additional shipping fees depending on the number of shipments.
We apologize for any additional costs this may cause to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding.

※We will contact you once we determine that split shipments are necessary. Please note that this cannot be determined at the time of ordering.
※The method of splitting your ordered items will be determined by our shipping staff based on the situation, such as packaging materials. We may not be able to accommodate your requested splitting method.

As there is no clear indication of when EMS to the United States will resume, we regret that we are unable to accept requests to hold shipments until EMS resumes.
If you do not wish to split your shipment via DHL and would like to arrange shipping from Japan yourself, we can change your order to domestic shipping.
