We are currently experiencing an issue where emails sent from our official online shop to Hotmail addresses (such as @hotmail.com, @hotmail.co.uk, etc.) may not be delivered successfully. Our investigation has confirmed that the IP address of our mail server has been temporarily blocked by Microsoft’s anti‑spam system.
We have already submitted a request to lift the block, but it may take some time before the changes are fully reflected.

If you do not receive our emails, please check the following:

 - Check your junk/spam folder
 - If possible, consider using an alternative email address
 - If you need immediate assistance, please contact us through the inquiry form or via email to english-inquire@metamorphose.gr.jp.
  *When contacting us, please use an email address other than Hotmail. We are unable to send replies to Hotmail addresses until this issue is resolved.
  *Please let us know your order number for an inquiry regarding an order, if possible.
