About purchase

Inquiries regarding product purchases and reservations
* When inquiring about purchases, please provide the email address and the full name you used or plan to use for your order.
* For inquiries regarding a sold‑out item, please provide the details of the item you wish to request: the product number or URL of the product page, the product name, the size, and the color.
* If your inquiry is regarding an existing order, please include your order number (purchase number).

・In‑Store Inventory
Store inventory changes frequently, so the most reliable way to check availability is to contact each store directly.
Please note that the response by email is not immediate.
In addition, Metamorphose does not have access to the inventory status of retailers that carry our products. For this reason, please contact each retailer directly for their stock information.

・When inquiring by email
In case of inquiries, please write "Inquiry about ○○" in the email subject (Replace ○○ with the topic of your inquiry).
If you would like us to search for an item that is sold out on our online store, please contact us with the intention to purchase. When making your request, please provide the full name you plan to use for your order, along with the details of the item you wish to request: the product number or URL of the product page, the product name, the size, and the color. For details, please refer to here.

・Regarding our reply schedule
We usually reply as soon as possible after receiving your email, and no later than 4–5 days.
If you do not receive a reply from Metamorphose after one week or more, your message may not have reached us due to an internet issue, or our reply may not have reached you. In that case, please resend your message with “Resend” in the subject line.

・About weekend operations
The mail‑order department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays.
During this time, most mail‑order operations—including receiving and sending emails, processing orders, shipping products, and site management—are suspended. Thank you for your understanding.
